At Children’s Dentistry at Hausman Village, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality dental care — with or without insurance. Our Loyalty Plan is a simple, affordable option designed specifically for families who want exceptional pediatric dental care without the limitations of traditional insurance.

For just $250 per year for the first child and $200 per year for each additional child, our plan includes essential preventive care plus 25% off all additional dental services. It’s the perfect way to keep your child’s smile healthy while keeping costs predictable and manageable.

What’s Included?

Each Loyalty Plan membership includes:

  • 2 Doctor Exams

  • 2 Fluoride Applications

  • All Necessary X-rays

  • 2 Preventive (regular) Cleanings
    (or 3 recall cleanings for children with early gum concerns — excludes deep cleanings and advanced periodontal treatments)

  • 1 Emergency Exam (as needed)

  • 25% Off All Treatments, including:
    fillings, crowns, pediatric crowns, space maintainers, extractions, and more
    (Excludes whitening treatments and clear aligners)

Payment Policies

To continue offering high-quality pediatric care at reduced rates, the following policies apply:

  • Membership fee must be paid in full at enrollment

  • This is a dental savings plan, not insurance

  • Plan may only be used at Children’s Dentistry at Hausman Village

  • Cannot be combined with dental insurance or other discounts

  • Membership fee is non-refundable

  • Unused services do not roll over to the next year

  • Plan fees may be adjusted annually
